Dr. Seuss Fish

In honor of Dr. Seuss's birthday, kindergarten, first, and second grades created art inspired by the beloved author and illustrator.

Before starting the project, the students learned about how Dr. Seuss was an artist for his school newspaper before he was a children's book author. We then read One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish and compared the fish. Afterward, the students used what they learned to create their very own Dr. Seuss fish!
